Me Fine as CBS 17 Cares 3° Guarantee Partner - February

In February 2026, Me Fine Foundation was honored to be selected as the CBS 17 Cares 3° Guarantee nonprofit partner. Throughout the month, CBS 17 highlighted Me Fine during their early evening newscasts, helping raise awareness about our mission to support families with children facing medical crises.

The CBS 17 3° Guarantee is a unique program where viewers benefit from accurate weather forecasts. For every day the forecast temperature is within three degrees of the actual temperature, a donation is made to that month’s nonprofit partner, matched by Michael & Son Home Services.

Thanks to 24 accurate forecasts in February, $2,400 was raised to support Me Fine families. These funds will go directly toward helping families manage the financial and emotional challenges that come with caring for a child experiencing a serious medical condition.

We are incredibly grateful to CBS 17, Weather Wes Hohenstein, and Michael & Son Services NC for partnering with us, sharing our mission with the community, and helping make a meaningful impact for the families we serve. Partnerships like this not only provide critical financial support but also help shine a light on the needs of families navigating a child’s medical crisis.
